- Successfully represented a leading Kenyan Bank in an injunctive application seeking to restrain the Bank from exercising its power of sale over a charge property, where the loan obligation stood at Kshs. 11,000,000 and where the application was dismissed.
- Successfully represented a Kenyan cleaning services company in debt recovery proceedings in the Small Claims Court of Kenya and which led to payment of the debt owed in less than four (4) months.
- Represented a Kenyan restaurant against a former employee in an employment claim for unfair and unlawful termination where the former employee sought compensation and where the claim was dismissed.
- Successfully hosted and led an intellectual property rights discussion forum at the Chandaria Business & Incubation Centre, engaging over twenty (20) incubates in discussions on innovation and intellectual property rights protection.
- Part of the team that drafted and published the Kenyatta University Copyright information booklet on behalf of the K.U. Intellectual Property Unit.
- Successfully represented a leading Kenyan Bank together with its subsidiary in negotiations in a claim for compensation arising out of a road traffic accident, where the claim against the Bank and the subsidiary was withdrawn.
